I'm an artist, deeply curious about how we can be our prime self (living intentionally, according to our values, show up as the person we aspire to be - someone who our future self will be proud of).
I live in the mountains of Dharamshala ⛰️ and partner my life with Han 👩❤️💋👨 and our little angel Athena 👼. They are my soulmates; we share a deep attunement and help regulate one another through daily rituals, like our coffee time. We always approach our relationship with curiosity, and I feel incredibly lucky to have them.
I'm building 📱 WhatsHappening.ai - a living interactive AI journal that helps you connect with yourself. Journaling is one of the most effective & super simple healing practice that has changed my life & I'm making it easy & fun. The app talks back, remembers your journey, makes personalised meditations, songs, letter, images & auto organises your thoughts. It is one of my life's work & I'm incredibly proud of it.
I'm on a personal mission to understand the nature of reality, which I explore through various healing practices. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, in particular, has been profoundly helpful. I've worked extensively with my therapist, even documenting many of our sessions here. My curiosity has also led me to explore Buddhism, Vipassana, psychedelics, breathwork, Existential Kink, relaxation & various meditations, ecstatic dance, connecting quantum physics to consciousness (wave function collapse), uncertainty principle and more.
I love building software (& getting lost in architecting that world), having deep conversations, being in sharing circles, helping people find clarity, regulation and feel more themself. I feel most at home in the countryside, closer to nature and away from crowded places. I love cooking food to going deep into a topic researching in claude, playing guitar, coloring a mandala, giving massage & bath to Athena (love this connection activity), documenting my insight to making this website and almost everything art!
