GoJek is my first & the only company I've worked in. I interned here in 2 summer months in 2017 & got a PPO.
This was the place where I learnt how to write code, the etiquettes of writing code (3 month bootcamp 🙌🏻), how to build products quickly that scale, when to refactor, wrote more than 80+ blogs, played football on weekends, participated in hackathons, organised & anchored in conferences (DevOps days, Gopher Conf, RubyConf, etc), traveled to 3+ countries to launch our products & worked with some of the most amazing colleagues. Sucks a little that I couldn't make much money in its IPO but it's been a great ride!
In my 2.5 year stint here, I worked on 3 major Projects in 2 teams.
Help-Center: Built help center for GoJek app. Replaced Nanorep with 3X better version saving company ~$450k annually. (iOS, React, Rails)
Built E-commerce solution to distribute accessories to drivers & merchants with auto-debit the amount from earnings. (React, Rails)
Replaced Sendbird with our In-House Chat - Driver-Customer-Merchant chat ecosystem handling 40M+ messages a day. Saving company ~$3M annually (Built over sharded db in Go)
Travels
